Fit Advisor

We are looking for:

The Fit Advisor supports our Stylists in finding the best fit for their clients across all product categories. Additionally, Fit Advisors trouble shoot fit issues and work directly with our product and merchandising teams to ensure our garments are produced in a timely fashion with impeccable quality. This position reports to the Stylist Support Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Stylists and their clients with styling, fit, production and merchandise questions
• Trouble shoot service issues for Stylists and escalate difficult situations when necessary
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our Stylists and their clients
• Ensure consistency by staying well versed in procedures, products, merchandise launches, and current promotions
• Participate in the continuous improvement and definition of company processes and procedures
• Assure that a positive image is projected in all dealings internal and external
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

• Must be able to work within a team environment and with other teams/departments


Required Education and Experience

• One year of sales/customer support experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel/ Fashion Merchandising, Communication, General Business or related field preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
• Able to work 2 weekends each month


Travel

• Anticipated travel required for this position is minimal
