If you are not 100% satisfied with the fit or performance of your J.Hilburn purchase, please return it for a prompt and complete refund. Your Personal Stylist will personally accommodate the exchange or refund to ensure you are fully satisfied. If you exchange your product, and are still not 100% satisfied – you will get a prompt and complete refund.

We ask our customers to provide any returns to their Personal Stylist within ninety (90) days of the product being delivered. Products must not be damaged, excessively worn or have been further altered.

Performance / Product Warranty

J.Hilburn uses the finest materials and suppliers from around the world. If you feel that your purchase suffers from a failure in workmanship or materials, please notify your Personal Stylist.

Grooming Products

Unopened personal care product in its original packaging and condition may be returned for a full refund, less any shipping charges.

Gift Cards

Gift Card and E-Gift Card are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen Gift Card is not replaceable.

Customer Alterations

J.Hilburn is unable to warranty product if it has been further altered, amended or tailored.


Unworn shoes can be returned up to 30 days from ship date.

Return shipping is free of charge. Your Personal Stylist will assist you with any returns and ensure you are fully satisfied. Once we have received and processed your return (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied. Some credit card companies take up to five (5) business days to post that credit to your account.
