Ecommerce Product Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an eCommerce Product Manager who is excited to partner cross-functionally, to reinvent how our customers interact with our brand both through innovative online and offline experiences.

J.Hilburn is first and foremost a business driven by over two thousand independent stylists who are trusted advisors to thousands of men across America. We want to bring that same level of personal service and expert advice to our ecommerce site to create another channel for our clients to design, build and purchase their wardrobe with ease. Simply put, we want to build a best of class ecommerce experience that will provide a personal, curated experience which is entertaining, educational and highly effective. We want to completely reinvent the traditional eCommerce Custom experience.

To elevate the experience for our clients, we are building small footprint showrooms across America that provide a comfortable and contemporary environment for Stylists to work with their clients and interact with our products. We believe that we will revolutionize the way men shop for clothing. We believe that it is critical to tie this offline experience closely with the online experience to create a seamless brand environment. Our customers love the ability to personalize their clothing and the high-quality to value ratio is exceptional. We aim to “take the hassle out of shopping” and as we roll out the next phase of our strategy we are positioned to make redefine the retail experience and how men shop.

Our team is based in Dallas, TX with developers in India and Seattle, WA. This position will be closely tied into our design, merchandising and IT teams. You will be responsible for all aspects of the eCommerce site design, UX and UI and its continued development – this is a key role in our business that will contribute to a significant part of our revenue growth.

This position is located in Dallas, TX. Relocation not available.

Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
*Own your product, from vision to delivery. You will maintain the roadmap and ensure buy-in across the organization
*Work with internal and external stakeholders identifying opportunities to grow the business and create actionable requirements
*Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize new initiatives
*Partner with Creative, Marketing and IT to launch new products and features following Agile methodologies
*Ensure stakeholders are up to date on new and upcoming features and the outcomes of previous launches
*Create, design and oversee build of a best of class made-to-measure eCommerce site
*Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
*Excellent communication skills
*High energy, self-motivated and proactive, marked by a positive attitude and having a willingness to fail
*Self-directed, extremely organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
*Able to work on very tight timelines while maintaining excellent attention to detail
*Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment

Required Education and Experience:
*Have a minimum of 5+ yars of Product Management experience with eCommerce and consumer products. Experience with dynamic configurators is a definite plus.
*Demonstrate high levels of empathy and can translate customer (internal and external) needs into innovative products and features that help us achieve our goals.
*Clearly communicate both to technical and non-technical audiences. A strong technical background (CS degree or relevant engineering background is a major plus).
*Can be successful as part of a small team comprised of a UX designer, IT developers and overseas developers.
