Stylist Care Representative

We are looking for:

The Stylist Care Representative provides outstanding service to J. Hilburn Stylists and Clients through phone calls, and emails. You will search for ways to improve the Stylist and Client experience and work with others within the company to make it happen. To be successful in this position, the individual will need to be a problem solver, patient, persuasive, conscientious, able to multi-task and have strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities:

• Respond to Stylist and Client needs via phone and email in a timely manner and ensure the Stylist and Client receives accurate
information and an optimal experience for their issue and/ or need
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting Client information and analyzing Stylist needs
• Provides Stylists and Clients with up-to-date information regarding product and promotions
• Assure that a positive image is projected in all dealings internal and external
• Cross train in other areas within J. Hilburn to improve knowledge of the company
• Works on various projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• One year of sales/customer support experience
• High Scholl or GED diploma required; college degree is highly preferred
• A naturally compassionate and patient demeanor
• Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills
• Ability to empathize with and prioritize Client needs
• Ability to research complex issues using multiple systems
• Self-motivated and focused with a strong positive and confident attitude
• Excellent problem solving and analytical ability
• Must be able to work within a team environment and with other teams/departments
• Values - honesty, transparency, respect, and empathy.
• Must be flexible to work 2 weekends out of the month
