Studio Program Specialist

We are looking for:

As the Studio Program Specialist, you will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. This is a crucial growth role, responsible for providing assistance to our Independent Stylists in the ongoing operation of their Stylist Studios. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying new markets and opportunities to build ground-level physical Studios.

Each Stylist Studio is independently owned by a J.Hilburn Stylist, similar to a direct franchise model. In this multifaceted role, you will collaborate with various departments at the J.Hilburn Home Office located in Lewisville, TX.

As the Studio Program Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing operational support to existing Stylist Studios
- Identifying opportunities for new Stylist Studio and showroom locations
- Conducting market research to evaluate the viability of new Studio locations
- Assisting Independent Stylists with Studio setup and ongoing operations
- Collaborating with departments across the J.Hilburn Home Office to ensure Studio growth aligns with the overall company strategy
- Work with Stylist leaders nationwide to promote the Stylist Studio program and build interest in prospective markets nationwide.

Working closely with the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing and the J.Hilburn Sales Team, you will help bring our services to new locations and expand our presence across the country.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders. The Stylist Studio program is one of J.Hilburn's most significant growth initiatives. Every location you support and build will have a direct impact on the success and visibility of our brand. As such, we are seeking a driven and passionate individual who shares our commitment to delivering a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

Responsible for accurately projecting, planning, and executing Studio & Showroom initiatives based on our Branding & Process Guide and other supporting materials. Your responsibilities will include:

- Support Stylist discovery conversations for those interested in learning more about the Studio program.
- Execute a phased approach - from Stylists applying to open a Showroom, to applying to open a studio, to the grand opening of each location – you will be responsible for project management of multiple openings throughout each year.
- Work directly with the SVP Sales & Marketing and Sales Team to evolve the program and update the Branding & Process Guide when needed.
- Report on Studio and Showroom-related KPIs.
- Develop Studio and Showroom-related content for J.Hilburn to promote the program, including virtual education/promotion to the - - - Stylist community, Stylist Leadership Meetings and all Stylist Annual Conference.
- Lead all Studio/Showroom related projects cross-departmentally to completion.
- Establish strong partnerships with Studio and Showroom Leaders as you will be their primary Home Office contact.
- Assist each new location with operations, financials, concept, design, layout, branding, samples, etc.
- Achieve all quarterly/annual new Studio opening goals in order to achieve corresponding sales growth targets in partnership with the Sales Team.
- Maintain a client experience mindset.
- Be creative, bring new ideas to the table, and have fun while building a one-of-a-kind solution for Stylist entrepreneurs to grow their custom menswear business through our Studio/Showroom model.
- Perform other projects and related duties as required and assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Strong project management and organizational skills able to open multiple studio locations simultaneously and keep each project on track.
- Fundamental curiosity to know more about a topic and to master effective questioning, empathetic listening, and information verification techniques to understand the subject deeply.
- Personal drive to perform to a standard of excellence, to be self-directed within the scope of the work and guidelines agreed upon, to persist when faced with obstacles, and be excited by achieving results on an ongoing basis
- Proven ability to work collaboratively to achieve a shared goal for the good of the Company.
- Creativity in executing the Studio/Showroom Program and developing new elements as time passes.
amiliarity with various trends in retail branding, client service, and new ways to use technology.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business, marketing, or similar topics preferred.
- Minimum of 3 and preferably closer to 5 years of work experience, preferably with some having been in direct sales-driven business.
- Preferably some work experience related to franchise expansion, physical space design, and procurement, or retail brand expansion
- Strong Microsoft Office skills in all areas (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Travel

25% travel is anticipated for this position.
